At Vigraham, we take great pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products such as divine idols, wooden carvings, and Raja Ravi Varma paintings. Every piece is made or curated with utmost care.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Replacements

  • Since most of our products are handcrafted, customized, or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
  • However, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • You must provide photos or videos showing the product damage or defect for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Products that show signs of use
  • Items purchased during special discounts or clearance sales

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

If the payment gateway or bank delays the process, please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an item has been shipped or customized, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases where an item arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
